I expressed my thanks to both Brian and Linda last night after our
company party as they were both still onsite and working hard to keep all
the customers happy and enjoying their dining experience. All 30 guests
thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and we all were made to feel that
we were the only customers in the place. We were treated well, and the
service was exceptional. Brian made planning this party very easy, and he
certainly displayed the qualities needed for his position and couldn't have
been more professional. He's definitely good at what he does. And Linda...well,
she was nothing short of wonderful as far as taking the plans and making it
all work and run as smoothly as it did, all the way down to the staff that
waited on us. Nicely done all the way around. Please consider this a "verbal"
standing ovation!!! We will be back next Year.

My husband and I eat here often, and the food is always wonderful! Last night, I visited with a friend and
both of our 1 1/2 year old children, and it was absolutely great. The manager brought our little ones a plate
of bananas and strawberries while we waited for our food, which they loved. She also brought them special sundaes
after dinner. Our waiter was also great, and our food was delicious. He even brought us Mommies samples of chocolate
martinis after dinner. All around, this was a great dinner, and the staff made it much easier and more fun to eat out with our little ones.

I love this place! The food is delicious. The presentation is amazing. The staff is wonderful. The atmosphere is relaxing. And I am in
love with the sinks in the bathroom. Dessert time is the best whenever the waiter takes us over to it and explains the choices. Every
time I go here, I remind friends and family how great of a restaurant it is.

This past Sunday night we used your private room for a surprise birthday party. We had approx. 30 guests and I cannot thank you enough
for the professional way in which the staff worked with us. The manager, Tiffany was a pleasure to work with; very helpful,
knowledgeable and professional. Elizabeth and Nicholas were our servers and they made sure the night went smoothly and even
though the party ran late they were extremely courteous. The food was excellent, the menu looked great, we had everything we
needed at a moment's notice - I would highly recommend your establishment to anyone wanting to host an event where they know

the best-prepared food we've had since moving to Georgia 11 years ago! This

and my neighbors across the street after church. The pancakes are the best I
have ever tasted. The service is spectacular in general. Tiffany and

A co-worker told me about the Diner at Sugar Hill so my husband and I decided to give it
a shot this past Saturday morning. Our waitress (Elizabeth) was super friendly. The
restaurant atmosphere was so nice and the food was to die for. I honestly don't think I
have ever had french toast like that, not even at Disney World (which before now I thought was the best ever). We will be back!

March 27, we had OUTSTANDING service from Nick Isaacs. That was the first time that Nick was
our server, and he will be our requested server going forward; he is especially pleasant,
helpful and knowledgeable. Although we must also let you know that we have never had a bad
server in all the times we've dined with you. We have eaten other times but now also make
it an after church Sunday ritual to eat at The Diner. We also want to complement Josh and
Alyson; they are always present and work hard to check and ensure a fine experience in the

Several of our friends who own businesses in the area raved about the Diner
at Sugar Hill. Especially the breakfast menu and ambiance. Last night, we
wanted food that taste like home cooking with the right spices and
seasonings. My daughter and I spoke to the owner and his wife about how much
we love the food up North because of the ethnicity of tastes to choose from.
We ordered one Italian entree, Southern entree and Greek entree plus
desserts and were pleasantly surprised. We will definitely frequent this
restaurant and try out the breakfast menu this weekend. Awesome food and

or so of us and had an absolutely wonderful time, from start to finish. The

I found Elizabeth to be one of the best waitresses I have ever encountered. I actually managed a restaurant for
short while early in my career and its rare to have someone as good as she is. Knowledgeable, fun with excellent

This was my first visit to your location. I was pleasantly surprised by the stylish interior.
The menu is vast, with many delicious sounding items which made decision a challenge.
I chose the Greek Florentine Omelet and it was thoroughly delicious. My friend had the
Western omelet and enjoyed her choice as well. The amount and quality of food for the price
was a nice surprise. I can't wait to come back and try some of the lunch and dinner items.

I am very happy I came today and wanted to share my experience. I was surprised that
I was seated with the same waitress I had before. The waitresses' name is Carolyn
and she had the best personality. She suggested many different types of food I might
enjoy. I tried the Ruben while my friends tried the gyro and fish and chips. It was
to die for. I thought she would suggest the most expensive food items on the menu, but
she didn't. The suggestions were more about what tastes good. I asked her why she is so
attentive and she said, "This is my job and I take pride in what I do. You're not just the
customer here, you're our guest." The world needs more people like Carolyn. I want to thank
you for the best lunch and customer treatment. I also want to mention they have the best
dessert in the country.

Our daughter lives in Suwanee, GA and we passed your Diner
many times thinking it was just that a Diner. Family living in the area
suggested we meet them there for dinner. Ohhhh My Goodness what a shock
nothing like what we expected. This is now our favorite place to dine. The
food is delicious and the atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant. It doesn't
matter if it is breakfast, lunch or dinner great food. This is the place we

We just "LOVE" The Diner at Sugar Hill. From the outside you
would never know what awaits you once you enter the doors. We have been to
your restaurant three times and everything we have had is wonderful. We
enjoy that we can come dressed up after church, or underdressed after the
park with our kids. We appreciate the ambiance of the dining area ~ which
is very cozy and almost upscale in decor. And the staff is just wonderful
and completely on their toes. Quick service, wonderful meal, nice
atmosphere, what more could we ask? And to top it off, you have the most
amazing dessert selections around. I will be bummed as more people catch on
to this place as we've never waited more than 10 minutes on a Saturday
evening. We will be back soon.

What an amazing place! I was there for breakfast this
morning for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised! The food was
absolutely delicious, the decor is beautiful and the service was excellent!
Brandon was very nice and extremely helpful. I asked for coffee, but when I
told him I was congested, he said what I really needed was some tea. So, he
brought me some hot tea, some lemon and some honey. Worked like a charm! I
was able to TASTE that wonderful breakfast! Can I say Delicious and
Plentiful! I WILL BE BACK! And, thanks to Brandon and his suggestion of
Sage --- I will visit there as well! Thanks for a great experience!

We just returned from dinner and wanted to forward our comments and compliments. Our server was Sue
who could not have been more attentive, courteous and pleasant. We were given a gift certificate for
dinner and chose to use it for my Mother's 90th Birthday Dinner even though her birthday was on
11/14/09, she is from Pittsburgh and just arrived for her visit, so we were celebrating late. We
would have been happy to pay for a dessert of her choice adorned with a candle to make her feel
special; but, to our surprise Sue advised us that Management had paid for my Mother's entire
dinner. What a pleasant surprise. It's so seldom, in these times, that businesses go that extra
step for their patrons and, we WILL continue to be patrons and recommend The Diner At Sugar Hill
every chance we get. We thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness and for making Mom feel
so special. She's beginning to really believe in Southern Hospitality. Our best wishes to you and
